Terms and Order Policies

These terms govern your use of Personalized Drinkware’s services and your orders. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations and returns

Blank items: You may return blank items within 15 days if there are problems with the items, such as color or material.

Personalized items: You may cancel before approving your proof. After approval, personalized items may not be canceled except under the production-stage rules below or if we ship the wrong item number, ship an incorrect imprint or item color, or miss a promised deadline for reasons within our control.

Email cancellation requests must include the first name, last name, order number, and email address originally submitted with the order. Include contact information so we can reach you with questions.

Artwork changes and production stages

You have an opportunity to approve your artwork before production. Once you approve it and the order enters production, our team begins work immediately.

Order placed: You may cancel without charge.
Artwork approved: You may change your artwork for a $38 fee.
Production started: You may cancel for a $38 fee until the first item is printed.
First item printed: If you cancel, only shipping costs will be refunded. No other costs will be refunded, and the items will be destroyed.
Order shipped: You cannot cancel for a refund. Refusing delivery does not entitle you to a refund.

Blank items and minimum quantities

Some products require a setup fee. If the setup fee is removed from the shopping cart, we assume you want blank items without printing. We try to contact customers to confirm blank-item orders.

Minimum quantities are listed for each product and enforced when you order. Please select at least the minimum quantity shown.

Artwork and rights to print

By supplying artwork, you represent that you have the right to have it printed. Do not submit artwork you do not have the right to print. We may need to manipulate submitted artwork, including converting it to one-color artwork, to meet printing requirements.

Virtual proofs and website samples

By accepting these terms and submitting artwork or requesting a proof, you grant RSSI\Globe Tech dba Personalized Drinkware a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display your virtual proof or product-design mockup on our website as an example of our customization work, to the extent you own or are authorized to grant the necessary rights. This permission does not transfer ownership of your artwork and does not give other customers permission to copy it.

Samples may show the names, dates, business names or logos included in the design. We do not include your private email correspondence, order details, billing or shipping information. We will seek separate permission before displaying identifiable personal photographs or other sensitive personal information. A sample is an illustrative mockup, not a claim that the item was manufactured, and does not imply an endorsement by a featured person or business.

If you prefer to keep your design private, tell us when you submit your request or use our contact form at any time. Please identify the proof or order. We will honor requests not to publish and remove existing samples from our website promptly after receiving and identifying your request. Choosing not to have your design displayed does not affect your ability to request a proof or place an order.

Color matching and samples

Colors vary between monitors, printers, and physical products. We offer free color-swatch samples by mail and strongly recommend requesting a physical sample if an exact color match matters. Differences between online colors and physical products do not qualify for refunds.

You may split a product color between halves of an order or pay a fee for a different ink color on part of an order. Exact counts are not guaranteed. For example, a 200-piece order split between blue and white may contain 95 blue and 105 white pieces. Exact counts are available for an additional $25 fee.

Sales tax

Sales tax is charged on products and orders shipped to New Jersey. The actual tax is applied when you place the order and may vary depending on the destination county.

If we do not receive a returned package and tracking information cannot be provided, responsibility remains with the shipper.

Once an order has shipped and delivery is confirmed, Personalized Drinkware is not responsible for theft or delivery to the wrong address. Notify us within 15 days if your order has not arrived.

Shipping and free shipping

Blank-only orders qualify for free contiguous-U.S. shipping when the blank cooler subtotal is $50 or more after discounts, before tax and shipping. Paid shipping applies below $50. Orders containing personalized coolers retain their existing shipping eligibility.

Your quoted production time starts after artwork approval; shipping transit time is additional. Count production and shipping in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Approvals received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day count as received that day. Later approvals count as received on the next business day. The cutoff determines the approval receipt day and does not promise same-day production or shipping. Please confirm any required delivery date with our team before ordering.

Free shipping applies only to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore U.S. territories and possessions—including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands—are excluded. Shipping to non-contiguous areas is subject to additional surcharges.

Carrier delays outside our control

An order may ship on time but be delayed by UPS because of events outside its control. UPS’s stated exclusions include a recipient’s absence or refusal to accept delivery; government action; customs delays; riots, strikes, labor disputes, or civil unrest; and disruptions to air or ground transport caused by weather, natural disasters, or acts of God.

Out-of-stock items

If an item is temporarily out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you by email. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or another payment method you choose.

Release

You release Personalized Drinkware and our officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, demands, and damages of every kind, whether actual or consequential, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or connected with disputes concerning our products or services.

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542. The existing terms describe that provision as follows: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

Accounts and email communications

When creating an account, you must agree to these Terms & Conditions. Personalized Drinkware may send marketing emails about offers, products and ideas where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to create an account, request a proof or place an order.

Every marketing email will include a clear, easy-to-use unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time without a fee or signing in. We will honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by applicable law. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account, password-reset, proof, order or service communications. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your details.

Custom Art Policy

By uploading, submitting or asking us to reproduce artwork, photos, logos, text or other material, you represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights or have permission from the rights holder to use, modify and reproduce that material on the products you order. Permission must cover the intended quantity, distribution and commercial use, where applicable. Finding an image online or purchasing a copy does not by itself establish permission to reproduce it.

You authorize Personalized Drinkware and its production partners to use the submitted material as needed to prepare proofs, fulfill your request and produce your order. Website sample use is governed separately by the Virtual proofs and website samples section above. You are responsible for obtaining and retaining all required permissions, licenses and releases, including copyright, trademark and likeness permissions. We may request written evidence of authorization and may decline or hold any artwork or order pending review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSSI\Globe Tech dba Personalized Drinkware and its production partners from third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your submitted material infringing another party’s rights or from your breach of these representations. Our preparation or approval of a proof does not verify ownership, grant a license to third-party material or relieve you of responsibility for your submission.

Our self-service AI designer is for original artwork. It may not generate or reproduce third-party brand marks, sports-team logos or other protected logos, including Nike logos. Profanity, hateful or discriminatory content, explicit sexual material, threats and other inappropriate content may be blocked or refused. If AI cannot complete your request, submit it through our Free Proof form for designer review before printing. Designer review is not a guarantee of acceptance and does not waive permission requirements. All artwork remains subject to staff review and the normal proof-approval process.
