Information we use

We use the contact information, billing and shipping addresses, order details, artwork, proof feedback, and messages you provide to respond to requests and deliver your order. Accounts also hold customer details and order history. Website services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, and activity to operate and protect the site.

How we protect information

Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections to protect information in transit. We take steps to protect the information entrusted to us, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed secure. Third parties may unlawfully intercept information despite these safeguards, and information you transmit is sent at your own risk.

We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Our payment providers handle payment information on our behalf. Our existing payment arrangements include Authorize.Net and First Data Merchant Services.

Service providers and artwork

We do not sell your personal information. We do not exchange, transfer, or give personal information to another company without your consent except to deliver the product or service you request. This includes services needed for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, production, and shipping.

If you choose an AI-assisted artwork service, your submitted instructions and artwork may be processed by the service providers supporting that feature. Our team reviews artwork, and your approval is required before production. Please submit only information and artwork needed for your design.

Our existing artwork policy allows artwork, virtual proofs, and designs to be used as samples on our website and as inspiration for others. Please tell us if you do not want your unique design used this way. See Artwork and rights to print.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies support functions such as your cart, login, security, and saved privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising tags remain off until you accept them using our cookie controls. These optional services may include Google Analytics and advertising services from Google and Meta.

You can reject optional tracking and still shop. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking on this site; it does not undo information already transmitted. We honor a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional tracking off.

Email

We use the email address supplied with an order to send order information and updates. With your marketing preferences, it may also be used for periodic company news and related product or service information. You can ask us to stop marketing emails; messages needed to service your order are separate.

Contact us to request help accessing or correcting your customer information or to ask about deletion. We may need to retain records to complete orders, support repeat work, resolve disputes, or meet recordkeeping obligations.
