Approve the final proof.
We check the artwork against the product’s printable area and email an approval link. Approve it or request changes. Nothing is printed until the final artwork is approved.
Production and delivery.
Production begins after artwork approval. Business-day production time and shipping transit are separate, so share your event date and choose rush service when needed.

The AI creates original concepts from your description. For one-color products, it focuses on clean printable shapes while our system keeps your confirmed wording exact. Full-color products can use photos, gradients, shading and detailed color artwork. Our team still reviews the final production file.
Proofs are part of the process
Your on-screen preview helps you build the order, but the emailed proof is the final approval step. Check spelling, dates, placement, product colors and ink colors before approving it.
Timing starts after approval
Standard and rush times describe production after artwork approval. Transit time is additional. Rush availability varies by product, and options marked “Call first” need confirmation before ordering.
Shipping and deadlines
Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is included on configured personalized coolers. Available expedited UPS choices appear at checkout. Tell us your event date so we can help you choose a realistic schedule.
