Which cooler should I choose?
Start with the drink container, then compare materials and printing options. A standard and a slim can can both hold 12 oz but have different shapes. Use the cooler guide to find your fit.
Can I order fewer than 25?
Quantities under 25 are blank only. Personalized orders start at 25; check the selected product’s available quantities.
Is there a setup fee?
Our current cooler range has no base setup fee for standard one-color printing. Where additional ink colors are offered, the second ink color adds $38 setup plus $0.30 per cooler; a third adds another $38 setup plus another $0.30 per cooler. Some separate print options, such as The Edge bottom imprint, also have their own setup charge. Check your selected configuration for the total.
How much is a custom PMS match?
The fee is $25 for each custom ink color. Stock ink choices do not have a PMS-match fee. Screen colors may differ from the physical material and ink.
Can I print more than one ink color?
Where offered, two ink colors add $0.30 per cooler plus $38 setup; three add $0.60 per cooler plus $76 setup. Choose each ink color and describe your design so our designer can prepare it. Confirm availability for your product before ordering. Full-color photo products have separate printing options.
Will I approve the artwork?
Yes. Final artwork approval comes before production. A separate production review is also required before the order is released for printing.
When will my order arrive?
Production starts after artwork approval. Our free shipping option covers the contiguous U.S. and takes seven business days in transit after production. It does not include Alaska or Hawaii. If you have an event deadline, confirm both production and delivery timing with our team before ordering.
What rush production options are available?
Standard and Premium foam coolies offer three-business-day rush production: $0.19 per cooler below 200 pieces, or $0.15 per cooler for 200 or more. Premium foam also offers 24-hour rush at $0.24 per cooler. Rush requires confirmation and starts after artwork approval; shipping time is additional. Other products have their own rush options.
What makes artwork print clearly?
Readable text, simple graphics and enough space between details. Keep all artwork inside the imprint area. Read the artwork guide for examples and practical tips.
